Can I cancel or reschedule my direct debit?
Direct debits can be rescheduled in the portal to bring the payment forward, or up to a 7 day extension. Extensions can only be processed at least 1 business day in advance from the original due date. Once a direct debit has been submitted to GoCardless for processing it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any further extension over 7 days must be applied for in writing, along with proof of customer delay to info@fundtap.co.
