Can I change my direct debit date myself?

Yes: you can move your direct debit date forward by up to 7 days directly in the portal. You can also repay early by moving the direct debit date back.

How to change your DD date

  1. Go to My Invoices → Funded tab
  2. Find the relevant invoice
  3. Change the Repay Date using the calendar icon, to your preferred date. Fundtap does not process direct debits on weekends.

Fees adjust automatically to reflect the new date.

If you need to move the date by more than 7 days, contact info@fundtap.co and provide a copy of communication from your customer explaining their delay in repayment.
