Can I repay my invoice early?
Yes. Repaying early reduces the total fees you pay, since Fundtap's daily fee stops accruing once the invoice is repaid.
Options for early repayment
- Self-service: At any time before 1 business day from the repay date, you can move your repay date forward. In the portal — go to My Invoices → Funded → change the Repay Date. This can be bought forward to as early as the next business day.
Paying manually into our bank account can cause duplicate payments if the direct debit cannot be stopped in time, therefore we recommend using the self-service option. If you are intending on making a manual bank account payment, please contact info@fundtap.co before you do to confirm it is within the correct time window. Once you have confirmation and have made payment, send through proof of payment, so the scheduled direct debit can be cancelled and you don't pay twice.
