Do I need to cancel my DD if I pay manually?
If you wish to pay early, the preferred method is bringing forward the repay date on your invoice in your Fundtap portal. This can be bought forward to up to 1 business day.
If you still wish to make a manual payment you must contact Fundtap info@fundtap.co before making a payment so the team can confirm that this is within the correct time window. Once you have confirmed and made payment you will then need to email back payment confirmation so that the team can cancel the scheduled direct debit.
If you pay manually without first contacting Fundtap, both the direct debit and the manual payment may go through and you'll have overpaid.
