Fundtap still appears in my accounting software after closure
It is a condition of funding that Fundtap remains connected to your accounting software if you have funded invoices. If you have closed your Fundtap account, you'll need to disconnect Fundtap from your accounting software.
In Xero
- Go to Settings → Connected Apps
- Find Fundtap in the list
- Click Disconnect
For other accounting platforms (MYOB, QuickBooks), follow the equivalent steps in their app or integration settings.
