How do I get a statement?

Email info@fundtap.co to request a statement. A statement will show either the amount owing today, at your repayment dates, or transactions over a time period, whichever you are wanting.

When you get in touch, specify whether you need:

  • Current-day balance 
  • Date range statement — for a specific period
  • Annual / EOFY statement — for tax or accounting purposes

The team will generate and send your statement as soon as possible. Note that due to Direct Debit processing times, statements may show amounts that are still processing as unpaid. These are usually confirmed and reconciled within 2-3 business days of payment leaving your bank account.
