How far can I extend a repayment date?

Extension limits depend on the approval level required and must be requested at least 1 business day before the direct debit repay date:

• Self-service (portal): Up to 7 days (weekends excluded)
• email info@fundtap.co: for up to 2 weeks

For extensions of more than 2 weeks, you will need to email in providing supporting documentation from your creditor confirming when they will make payment.

The maximum total term for any funded invoice is 60 days.
