What are the invoice extension limits?

Invoice extensions are capped at a maximum total term of 60 days. Self-service extensions of up to 7 days (or 14 days after two successful funding rounds) can be requested via the portal. Additional extensions beyond these limits require an email request with supporting documentation.

Extension limits depend on the approval level required and must be requested at least 1 business day before the direct debit repay date:

• Self-service (portal): Up to 7 days, or once two successful funding rounds have been completed, 14 days.
• Email info@fundtap.co for any additional extension request.

For additional extensions, you will need to provide supporting documentation from your debtor confirming when payment will be made. Acceptable documentation includes (but is not limited to): a written email or letter from your debtor, a signed remittance advice, or a payment confirmation notice.

The maximum total term for any funded invoice is 60 days.
