How long does a direct debit repayment take to show in my portal?

Once a direct debit (DD) has been processed, it can take up to 3 business days to appear in your Fundtap portal. This is standard bank processing time along with accounting reconciliation.

You can still submit new invoices for funding while a DD is processing. A pending direct debit does not block new funding activity. In some instances where you are nearing your credit limit we may ask you to provide proof of funds leaving your bank account before new funding can be processed.

If a manual repayment is made, this may delay reconciliation. If you wish to repay an invoice early then please bring the date forward in your Fundtap portal.
