How much notice do I need for an extension?

Request an extension as early as possible.

The hard minimum is 1 business day's notice before the direct debit (dd) is submitted to GoCardless. Once the DD has been submitted, it cannot be changed regardless of when you contact us.

If you're approaching your due date, don't wait. Email info@fundtap.co immediately or use the self-service option in the portal to extend your repayment date up to 7 days from the original due date.
