I accepted a quote but haven't received the money
If you accepted a funding quote but the funds haven't arrived, check the following:
- Was the quote fully accepted? Confirm the invoice is now displaying in the portal on your Funded tab. If it is not on this tab then you have not accepted the quote and the invoice has not been sent to Fundtap for processing. If it is on the Funded tab, you will also see the current status in our system - if it is showing as Pending or Approved then funds have not yet been released.
- Was it submitted before 5:00pm? Submissions after the cutoff are processed the next business day. Fundtap does not process funds on weekends or public holidays.
- Is there an overdue balance on your account? Outstanding overdue amounts can hold up new funding.
- Is there funding currently processing on your account? If you have a direct debit scheduled for today, or one that has recently processed, we may need these to clear before we can process funds. Providing proof of the repaying leaving your bank account via screenshot can speed up this process.
- Is there an outstanding query? If we have any questions or required updated documentation on your account we will request these by email, and will not be able to process funds until they have been cleared.
