I got an overdue email but I've already sorted it

Overdue reminder emails are sent automatically by the system and may occasionally be sent even after you've arranged payment or an extension.

If you have confirmation from the Fundtap team that your payment has been received in full, or an extension has been approved, you can disregard the automated alert, and no further action is needed.

Manual repayments can take 2-3 days to reflect in your client portal, so if your invoice is still showing as unpaid but you have had confirmation from Fundtap that it has been received in full, you can disregard the outstanding amount and you can submit new invoices for funding.
