I have overdue invoices, can I still get new funding?

You cannot access new funding while you have overdue invoices on your account.

To apply for new funding:

  1. Clear all overdue balances by making manual payments. You can find the exact amounts owing for each invoice in your customer portal along with bank account details for Fundtap. Use your FT numbers as references.
  2. Email info@fundtap.co with confirmation of payment.
  3. Once payments are received and reconciled, you will be able to apply for more funding.

Funding is assessed on an ongoing basis, and Fundtap may choose to decline any new funding requests at their discretion, at any time.
