I was charged an overdue fee, is this correct?

If a direct debit is dishonoured, Fundtap will apply an overdue fee. If you know in advance that you are going to be unable to meet a direct debit obligation, email info@fundtap.co to discuss, and see whether a repayment date can be extended.
