I'm getting an error message in the portal
If you encounter an error message in the Fundtap portal, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again
- Try a different browser (e.g. switch from Chrome to Safari or Firefox)
- Try a different device - some functions are better performed on desktop than mobile such as document signing
If the error persists, email info@fundtap.co with:
- A screenshot of the error message
- What you were trying to do when it appeared
