My accounting software invoices won't sync
Fundtap supports integrations with Xero, MYOB Reckon and QuickBooks. If you use other accounting software you will not be able to sync invoices and will need to upload them manually.
To troubleshoot:
Step 1: Refresh the sync in the portal
- Select your Account Name in the top left
- Go to Accounting Software → Connection Status
- Click Refresh
Step 2: Disconnect and reconnect in the portal
- In the Fundtap portal, disconnect your accounting software
- Reconnect it and wait for the sync to complete
Step 3: Reconnect from within your software
- In your accounting software
- Find Fundtap and disconnect it
- Reconnect Fundtap from the Fundtap portal
Check the invoice itself

Make sure the invoice in Xero is set to Approved (not Draft). Draft invoices will not be visible.
- Make sure the invoice is not overdue. Fundtap can only provide funds for invoices not yet due.
