Property details for funding over $30,000
If you are applying for a facility over $30,000 you will see a step appear asking for property details. We do not place any proactive caveats against property, but for larger facilities we hoild details on file of any property owned so there is a level of security on the account. We ask about one property and for a recent mortgage statement, so we can understand the financial position of the business and its owners.

The address search does not find your property
Type slowly and start with the street number and street name. Wait a moment between keystrokes — the search runs as you type. If your property still does not appear, please contact us at info@fundtap.co.
Which property should you enter?
A property owned by the business, by an owner or director, or by a trust or company connected to them. If there is more than one, use the one with the most equity. If nobody connected to the business owns property, contact us before going further.
You do not have a mortgage on the property
Tick I don't have a mortgage. You do not need to upload anything, and Continue will then activate.
Your mortgage statement is too old
Please provide one from the last three months.
The statement will not upload
It must be PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC, and 5MB or smaller.
Can you hide the transactions?
Yes. We need to see the property, the lender and the balance. You can black out anything else.
How the property is owned
- Personally Owned — add the owners by name, with an email and mobile for each.
- Owned by a Trust — enter the trust name. A Trust Details step is added for it.
- Owned by a Company — enter the company name. A Supporting Company Details step is added for it.
The property is owned jointly with someone outside the business
Please add them as a property owner anyway. We will not contact them without your consent.
You changed the ownership answer and a step vanished
The trust or company step belonged to your previous answer, so it is removed with it.
