The portal shows funded but I haven't received the money
If the portal shows an invoice as funded but funds haven't arrived in your bank account:
- Bank transfers can take up to 6 hours, depending on your bank. If you submitted an invoice for funding after midday, your bank may not provide confirmation of funds until the day following.
- Check the bank account on your invoices — confirm it is accurate and matches the account where you're expecting the funds
- Check whether you have received your funding notice by email - this outlines the amount you will be receiving and is usually sent when transactions are sent to the bank for processing
- Check with your bank — funds may be pending or processing
