The portal shows funded but I haven't received the money

If the portal shows an invoice as funded but funds haven't arrived in your bank account:

  1. Bank transfers can take up to 6 hours, depending on your bank. If you submitted an invoice for funding after midday, your bank may not provide confirmation of funds until the day following.
  2. Check the bank account on your invoices — confirm it is accurate and matches the account where you're expecting the funds
  3. Check whether you have received your funding notice by email - this outlines the amount you will be receiving and is usually sent when transactions are sent to the bank for processing
  4. Check with your bank — funds may be pending or processing

If funds still haven't arrived by the next business day, email info@fundtap.co with the FT reference number.
