What bank account do you deposit funds to?
Fundtap will deposit funds into your nominated bank account, which needs to be the same bank account that your customers pay into (the account number that is listed on the invoices you issue). This is because when your direct debit is processed, the funds will leave the same account.
As part of the setup process you are able to select the appropriate account as listed in your accounting software, or manually enter if you do not use software.
If the account details from your software are missing or incorrect, or you have changed your bank account, please advise us by contacting info@fundtap.co
