What is a PPSR and why did Fundtap register one?

A PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) registration — also known as a General Security Agreement (GSA) — is a standard legal security interest that Fundtap registers when extending a credit facility. Fundtap will register one against your business, and against any individuals who choose to provide personal guarantees.

This is standard practice for any business that provides finance, and is required as part of the facility agreement. It does not affect your day-to-day business operations.

If you have questions about what the PPSR means for your business, email info@fundtap.co.
