What proof of payment do I need to provide?

If you are requesting funding for invoices on the same day, or day after direct debits have been processed on your account, you may be asked to provide proof of payment. This is because we do not receive confirmation of funds from our Direct Debit provider in real time. Email your proof of payment to info@fundtap.co ensuring it clearly shows:

  1. The payment amount
  2. The date of the payment
  3. That funds have left your account (e.g. a debit from your bank account)
  4. The remaining account balance
