When do direct debits run?

Direct debits run on the repayment due date, between 6:00pm and 10:00pm NZT.

What happens when a due date falls on a public holiday or weekend?

Direct debits (DDs) do not run on weekends or public holidays. If your due date falls on one, the DD automatically moves to the next business day evening.

Can I reschedule a repayment?

You can reschedule a repayment in the Fundtap portal up to 1 business day before it is due to be taken. After this point, rescheduling is no longer possible, as the repayment has already been sent to our direct debit provider, GoCardless.
