When will my account update after I've provided proof of payment?

Sometimes, in order to process further invoices, we may request confirmation of payment. This is because we do not have real-time visibility of funds leaving your account and the processing by our direct debit provider, GoCardless. Once you send proof of payment, the Fundtap team will verify it and send you a confirmation email. This will allow you to request funding for new invoices.

Your portal balance will update overnight after the payment has been verified and reconciled.

If you urgently need your account updated please contact info@fundtap.co, ensuring you provide or have already provided proof of payment.
