Why does my portal balance look different to expected?

A portal balance that looks unexpected is usually explained by one of the following:

  1. Recent payments not yet reconciled: Direct debits can take up to 3 business days to appear as reconciled in your portal. If funds have successfully left your bank account, your Fundtap portal will be updated once GoCardless has provided confirmation of receipt. If you have made a manual payment and Fundtap has confirmed receipt this will be reconciled and updated usually within 1 business day. 
  2. Daily fees accruing: If you have extended your repay date, or missed a repayment, Fundtap fees will accrue each day until the invoice is repaid. Please make payment promptly to limit these.
