Why isn't my invoice showing in the portal?
If an invoice from your accounting software isn't appearing in the Fundtap portal, it's usually a sync issue. Fundtap supports accounting software connections with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks and Reckon.
Try these steps in order:
Step 1: Refresh the sync
- Select your Account Name in the top left of portal
- Select My Account
- Select Accounting Software
- Click Connection Status → Refresh
Step 2: Reconnect your accounting software
- In the same area, disconnect your accounting software
- Reconnect it and allow the sync to complete
Common reasons an invoice won't sync
- The invoice is still in Draft status: it must be set to Approved
- The invoice is future-dated
- The invoice is overdue Fundtap does not fund invoices that are past due
- The invoice has been voided or deleted in your accounting software
If the invoice still doesn't appear after following these steps, email info@fundtap.co
Fundtap also does not fund invoices under $300 - this will be visible in your portal but will be unable to be submitted.
