The story in short
- 45 invoices funded between June 2023 and December 2024
- 16 funding days, so invoices were often funded several at a time
- 13 months with funding across 2023 and 2024
- 9 invoices funded in June 2024, their busiest month
The gap
The work is design, planning and policy thinking, and the team’s time goes in well before an invoice can go out. Once it does, the client pays on their own cycle.
That’s the gap they set FundTap up for in April 2023. Wages and office costs keep their own calendar, whatever the project timeline says.
How they use FundTap
Between June 2023 and December 2024 they funded 45 invoices, 19 in 2023 and 26 in 2024. Those went through on 16 funding days, so they often funded several invoices together.
June 2024 was their busiest month, with nine invoices funded. They used FundTap in 13 different months, and their clients never saw a change.

What’s changed
The cover they started with was the right size. Over 2023 and 2024 their funding limit was never raised, even in a month with nine invoices funded.
In a public review, the customer said setting up was simple and the service excellent.
