Yes. FundTap is the trading name of Seascape (2010) Limited, a New Zealand company that has been funding businesses since 2010. FundTap is registered in New Zealand and Australia, holds NZBN 9429031726887 and ABN 47 914 654 579, and is a reporting entity under New Zealand’s anti-money-laundering law. All of it is on the public record.

Neither. FundTap is not a bank and not a licensed credit provider. FundTap brings forward money you have already earned and invoiced, so it is not a loan and it does not sit on your books as one.
Because the law requires it. FundTap is a reporting entity under New Zealand’s Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009, which means FundTap has to confirm who its customers are. It takes a passport or a driver’s licence.
FundTap reads the data needed to assess your funding, and writes back only to reconcile its own transactions. FundTap never shares it. You connect in a few clicks and you can disconnect any time. The full terms are in our privacy policy.
