The story in short
- 24 invoices funded since joining in December 2025, one per funding day
- 9 of 10 months they’ve used FundTap since their first funded invoice
- 3 increases to their funding limit
- 14 invoices funded in the last 6 months
The gap
A big amount was owed to the business on finished jobs when December came round. The contractors who’d done the laying still wanted paying over Christmas.
Invoices were taking a while to get paid, so the owner wanted a safety net in place for the contractors.
How they use FundTap
They signed up in December 2025 and funded their first invoice that month. Since then they’ve funded 23 more in 2026, each one on a funding day of its own.
January 2026 was the busiest month, with five invoices funded. Customers still pay the business as normal, and the contractors don’t wait on them.
Invoices funded each month, as a table
| Month | Invoices funded |
|---|---|
| December 2025 | 1 |
| January 2026 | 5 |
| February 2026 | 4 |
| March 2026 | 0 |
| April 2026 | 2 |
| May 2026 | 2 |
| June 2026 | 2 |
| July 2026 | 2 |
| August 2026 | 3 |
| September 2026 | 3 |
What’s changed
What started as a Christmas safety net is now routine. They’ve used FundTap in nine of the 10 months since their first funded invoice, including every one of the last six.
The funding limit has gone up three times, and 14 invoices were funded in the last six months alone.
In a public review, the owner called it simple to use and fairly priced, and recommended it.

The bricks are laid and invoiced, but the customer’s money is weeks off and the contractors want paying before the break. Fund the invoice instead.
