The gap

This business designs and builds online training for councils, hospitals and companies. Each project is billed in stages, with a deposit up front and the balance at the finish.

Subcontractors help deliver the work and are paid per project. So that cost lands before the final invoice does, and a big contract widens the gap.

What’s changed

Two years in, FundTap is a back-up they plan around, not something they lean on. In December 2025 they rang before the Christmas break to check whether the FundTap team would be closed. Their last funded invoice was in June 2025.
