The story in short
- 214 invoices funded since July 2025
- 14 of 15 months with an invoice funded since July 2025
- 35 invoices funded in January 2026, their busiest month
- 10 increases to their funding limit
The gap
They pay suppliers up front for big jobs at industrial sites, and customers normally pay on monthly terms.
In July 2025 a few jobs came in on much longer terms and they came up short. They’d tried invoice finance years ago and dropped it. The spreadsheets and bank account changes were a full-time job in themselves.

What’s changed
Their funding limit has gone up 10 times. They funded 30 invoices in 2025 and 184 so far in 2026.
Their customers pay them as normal and aren’t contacted, which was the point: the relationships stay theirs.
