The story in short
- 67 invoices funded since December 2023
- 29 of 34 months used since their first funded invoice
- 8 invoices funded in their first funded month, December 2023
- 1 increase to their funding limit
The gap
They’d only started the business months before signing up. The owner didn’t want a fixed commitment for a modest amount of cover.
What they wanted was cover for individual invoices, used when the timing needed it and ignored when it didn’t. That suited a new business with good clients and plenty of invoices going out.
How they use FundTap
In December 2023, their first funded month, they funded eight invoices, and it’s still their busiest month on record.
Since then the pattern has been steady: 25 invoices in 2024, 20 in 2025 and 14 so far in 2026. In all they’ve funded 67 invoices on 59 funding days, in 29 of the 34 months since their first. Their clients pay as normal and never hear from FundTap.

What’s changed
The business has moved on since those first invoices. The funding limit has been raised once, and by February 2026 they’d added another director. Eight invoices were funded in the last six months, so FundTap is still part of how it runs.
